About us...

Sanctuary is a full-service Salon & Day Spa nested in a refurbished turn of the century mill on a quiet side street in Franklin Mass. Sanctuary combines the sophistication of an upscale Boston Newbury Street Salon, the comfortable feel of a New York City loft, and the pampering of an exclusive Resort Spa. 

Sanctuary, which opened its doors on July 2005, is a 5000 sq. ft. retreat with great panoramic view of English gardens and beautiful landscape, floor-to-ceiling windows and service areas that have been carefully designed to offer you great salon services and pampering spa experiences.

We offer Aveda, Wella and France Laure as our primary care lines for your hair and skin care.

Reservation and Cancelation Policies

Credit Cards are required for all reservations.

All cancellations for a single service inside of 24 hours are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

All cancellations for multiple services inside of 48 hours are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

Repeat cancellation occurrences are subject to 100% cancellation fees.

SpaFinder, SpaWish & SpaWeek

We accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek and Spawish gift certificates.  You can only redeem ONE per visit per client for SPA services ONLY.  Not valid for Hair services, Retail or the purchase of Sanctuary's Gift Certificates.  Digital copies not accepted.  You  must print and bring certificate for redemption.

Sanctuary Gift Certificates

Please treat your Sanctuary Gift Cards as cash.  All lost, damaged or expired Gift Cards will not be honored.  We are no longer able to look up Gift Cards by name or phone number.  You must have your Gift Card present or the number handy to redeem or check balance.  Sanctuary's Physical or Digital Gift Cards are accepted.  Gift Cards purchased for specific service or package will revert to face value paid if said service or package price increases prior to redemption.
